Your Results

Your results below show the sum of calorie Intake and Outake for each day as well as Averges for Calorie Intake, Calories Burned, Water, Sleep and and give you a break down of calories per meal. There is a an average column which shows you on average where your calories are coming from and going each week.

Using your BMR, or Basal Metabolic Rate we can get a sense of how long it will take you to reach your goal weight. Your BMR is the measure of how many calories your body burns in stasis, when combined with your activity level we can compare these calories together to get a sense if you are losing weight.
